In the Flesh aired its first on BBC3 Replacing the Supernatural Drama Being Human in the 10pm Slot, In the Flesh is a Zombie Brit teen drama and no it is not a british, younger intrepretation of the US Show the Walking Dead. It is a about a young boy Kieran Walker who is kept in this hospital for the dead which they are treated in, in the hospital they are treated like they have a disease, and are given diguises to mask themselves with things like a needle to calm them down and contact lenses to cover what his eyes really look like, and stuff to tone his skin this is to make them blend in with society, as he and others are turned away from his society by people in his own community because of what he is the undead or what the community call them a 'Rotter', , this story is set after the zombie uprising which saw the zombies  run 'rabid' through their town, now Kieran and the rest of his kind are trying to settle after the uprising back into his own home. The Rest of his community is having none of it though. But it is not just Kieran's family trying to keep things under wraps this community deep down have hearts and want their loved ones that have perished back in their lives.

The Show is written very well, very thought out I know an audience can't relate to a zombie but there is people in the world cast out out of their country or shunned by other people, religions because of who they are, their race, sexuality, how they live, In The Flesh maybe fictional and about zombies but it is Reflective of every societies.

In the Flesh, Every Sunday 10pm, on BBC3
