Actress Claire Danes who has recently give birth to her baby son Cyrus over the Christmas Period, has admitted she would love her character Carrie Mathison to find some happiness like she has and find peace away from her hectic CIA work and start a family. Claire admitted she would love the character to take a different direction and become a mother. In a recent interview Claire said "Well, I think it would be interesting to see her become a mom. I'm not just saying that because I am one, but maybe I am," she joked, reports Parade. "I am very myopic right now. Now I want all of my friends to become moms. I am really bossy about it." "So I think I just want Carrie to become a mom because I can't imagine any other reality now and I want everybody to join in on the fun. That would be interesting because it's so antithetical for who she is. But who knows? The writers are much better at this than I am."
Claire also has admitted she sees a bit of herself CIA Agent 'There's not a whole lot [in common, to be honest," she said. "I mean, I guess a kind of focus or intensity. Hers is at a much higher volume, thank goodness, than my own."
Claire won best Actress for Drama Series At The Golden Globes last week for her role of Carrie Mathison, whose battle with bipolar disorder has remained a running storyline on Homeland.
