Cheryl recently was linked to be judging this years series of The Voice UK. As the judging panel is not final yet as judges Danny from The Script and Jessie J left earlier in the year to focus on music commitments.
There has been a lot of speciation recently on who could replace those judges and lots of rumours of Cheryl becoming a mentor recently sparked a frenzy.
But However, fresh reports suggest Cheryl is no longer in the running as producers believe she is still too closely associated with The X Factor UK.
"Even though Cheryl is a massive name she's still too closely identified with The X Factor" a source told The Sun this week. "Producers want to bring on stars who don't have that kind of previous relationship."
