Jennifer Lopez headlines first Heart in the park! This year it was the first ever Heart in the park as thousands flocked to get tickets to one of the hottest summer gigs with some of the biggest acts performing on stage from the last 20 years. Lots of Tickets were given away on Heart FM and presenters JK and Lucky told RadioToday:
“It was amazing to have been part of Heart in the Park and introducing Jennifer Lopez was a massive highlight for us both. Plus watching Nile Rodgers & Chic perform ‘Notorious’ with Duran Duran’s Simon Le Bon was fantastic.
“We couldn’t believe that after chatting with Nile in the Heart studio the other week, he messaged Simon to invite him to join him, that it would really happen! We feel privileged to have played a small part in making that collaboration take place!”
Other acts performed on the day include Lionel Richie, Jennifer Lopez and Chic amongst others.
